Summer by the Sea

After so many years having a family taking care of me, it is time that I start to take care of my Mom, she is the most beautiful woman, she has a huge heart but lately got some health issues but she keeps going on with a big smile.

So I decided to take her to the Sea, because she loves it so much. She once told me that she has always been very happy when she could go on vacation in South of France, it's like going to Walt Disney for a kid.

Here a few pictures of the places which inspire our next trip.

Travel is not always Fun

Traveling isn't always Fun, specially when it comes to Business Trips. Here are a few tips that might help you to get ready for your trip on time.
If I'm not wrong my Boss has been seating in Planes almost 300 times since he started to work in our Office, (he's got the right count, I will ask him later on.) Can you imagine spending most of your time traveling for Business, not being able to have a good sleep, having meetings and meetings and at the end you might even forget in which Country you are, because going from your Hotel to the Office/Suppliers or Conference Room, you might never see the blue sky above your head.
Luckily not all Business Trips are like that, sometimes you can have an afternoon off to relax :-)

Girls, take note of the following possible Travel Checklist  :-)

Oreo Pops

Uhmmm delicious Oreo Pops, I will do this for my two little sweet hearts Nahel and Lhiam (sons of my friend Joelle). ♥

Hey Kid, what do you want to do when you grow up?

You’ve Heard of Brushing Your Hair, but Swedish Brides Brush Their Bodies

In some corners of the world, it’s believed that brushing the hair 100 strokes a day will result in Rapunzel-like tresses. In Sweden, it’s believed that brushing the body once a day will result in smooth, clear, cellulite-free skin. Before showering, Nordic beauties grab a natural-bristle body brush (or a dry, vegetable-fiber loofah) and brush their skin in long strokes towards the heart, starting with their extremities and working inward. The two-minute regimen achieves two-fold results: “It increases skin circulation to improve glow and toxin removal and exfoliates dead skin cells to allow fresh new cells to come to the surface faster,” says Jessica Krant, MD, MPH, founder of Art of Dermatology. I actually do that every morning and it does help to have a smooth and clear skin.

Once a week I try to go to the Spa in my town, I love going to the Sauna. With good reason. Physically, nothing is more reinvigorating than a deep, healthy sweat every day. Tension fades. Muscles unwind. Mentally, we emerge relaxed, revived and ready for whatever the day may bring. Before going to the Sauna you can always use your body brush.

Healthy Meals Ready in Under 30 minutes

Eating healthy and eating fast doesn’t always go together. But with a bit of foresight and some simple kitchen prep, it’s easy to whip up a delicious and nutritious meal. I usually come out of my dancing class around 10pm, too late to have dinner but still nice to have a Strawberry Yogurt Parfait or an Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, delicious and ready in 5 - 10 minutes.

BREAKFASTBreakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day, fueling our bodies for work, play and productivity. Be careful about skipping breakfast - as this can put a damper on your day and lead to unhealthy weight gain.

1. Poached Eggs with roasted Tomatoes.
Why: Eggs are chock full of protein, which our bodies need to build new cells and maintain tissues.
Meal is ready in: 25 minutes
Improvise: Don’t be constrained to adding roasted tomatoes - sauté some spinach and garlic to give your poached eggs a kick.

2. Strawberry Yogurt Parfait
Why: Yogurt contains probiotics – a good bacteria that can help with digestion  in addition to calcium which strengthens bones.
Meal is ready in: 10 minutes
Improvise: There are tons of variations on the yogurt parfait, and the tasty concoction can contain whatever you like. Make sure to keep it on the healthy side with fat-free yogurt, low-in-sugar toppings and healthy grains or nuts. Be sure to try the blueberry quinoa parfait or a mango avocado breakfast.

3. Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Why: This heart-healthy classic is known to lower cholesterol and even boost your immune system.
Meal is ready in: 5-15 minutes
Improvise: Oatmeal can be prepared in a stove top. To maximize the health benefits, cook oats in water instead of milk.

Combine the water, apple juice, and apples in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, and stir in the rolled oats and cinnamon. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low, and simmer until thick, about 3 minutes. Spoon into serving bowls, and pour milk over the servings.

Butter! Better!

Whenever we eat bread, at a picnic, in a cafe or on an airplane, we usually use disposable butter. They replaced its ordinary container lid with a wooden, knife shaped one. This is just so great, I love it. This way butter can be easily and quickly spread. Butter! Better! has 4 flavors which allow the user to make a choice, just as he would chose his favorite ice-cream. This container is not only easy and fast to use but also it makes daily routine of spreading butter more fun and exciting.

Try it and you will love it.

Four Flavored Butter Spoon

Butter! Better! And in four yummy flavors! The idea here is to package butter in a very convenient single-serve way. Since single serves are usually consumed during travel or picnics, this package includes a wooden spoon lid. The solid spoon is used to spread the butter and does away the need to carry additional cutlery. The idea seems neat and can be extended to yogurts and ice creams too. Although a safe plastic cover like seen in this package, is recommended.

Pie Crust Mug Topper.

Here in Switzerland we are wearing winter jackets since a week. I guess it is also time to do some Wintry drinks like Apple Tea with ginger and cinnamon, the great idea is to add on top of your mug a Pie Crust. Love the idea. I've made some last wekend, it was delicious. Enjoy.
