It’s not only NASA that’s doing the bit to build rovers for Mars, there are concept designers like the good fellow Martin Miklica that too have their way to show concern for Martian exploration. Martin has designed the Little Prince - a four-legged robotic greenhouse concept that would carry plants insides its glass container to Mars. Effective enough to communicate its movement and development with other greenhouse robots by wireless, the robot also optimally takes care in nurturing plants by searching and providing them the requisite nutrients. A great gardener that grows any plant you want or need to bare life or just for its beauty, the greenhouse robot was made using metals, glass and synthetic plastics. A cool prospect for the future, Le Petit Prince, as the Little Prince is known, is one Electrolux Design Lab finalist.
