Monday 20th of July 2015, this is a day full of surprises. I was lucky to be taken to Germany Weil am Rhein to visit the Vitra Museum.
This Museum is one of those places where you would like to buy every single pieces of furniture to reorganize your home.
I felt like Alice goes to Wonderland, my eyes were wide open to discover great Design and amazing Architecture.
The museum's collection, focusing on furniture and interior design, is centered around the bequest of U.S. designers Charles and Ray Eames, as well as numerous works of designers such as Geaorge Nelson, Alvar Aalto who design a double up and down lamp that I really like, Verner Panton, Dieter Rams...
It is one of the world's largest collections of modern furniture
design, including pieces representative of all major periods and styles
from the beginning of the nineteenth century onwards. Thanks to Roberto Canosa, who made this possible.
