Chicago Town House

Hello my lovely fox,
Are you ready for the weekend? me yes, but before enjoying the weekend I would like to share with you what I just discovered, a great nice building.
What an interesting house situated in Chicago, Alexander Gorlin Architects is dealing with many great projects, there are some pictures of the project of the Chicago Town House. I really like the shape of it. Would you live in a place like this? I would.

  7. In the third picture of the series the three tiered window and iron framework weighed in at 12,000 + pounds (if I remember correctly), the mass of which was, over time, pulling the building apart. A nice rich young couple has done an admirable job of restoring the building, maintaining the open spaces designed without interior support. This structure was designed by a firm that specialized in office architecture in the 30s.
